Each block contains a maximum of 60 unit apartments.  Male and female blocks are separated.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS

There are two types of investments

• Amenities (restaurants, laundromat and entertainment services)
• Room space

The projected amenities cost and  purchase cost per room depend on location and subject to market forces with the option to spread payments over 24 months (this is our off plan sales).

The rooms can also be sold profitably at anytime after fulfillment of all financial obligations. Day to day affairs of the hostel will be managed by us to maximize great returns on investment.

• **Expression of Interest fee —————–   N500,000:00k

• Signing of Memorandum of Agreement

MoA will be signed and duly registered legally. Terms and condition of business relationship will be stated therein.
