At Zebullum Farms, we offer investments with great returns on funds.
Presently, our FARM is about 500 acres in different locations in OYO STATE.
We projected an increment to one million hectares of farm land within the next 50 years in various locations on earth.
ZEBULLUM FARMS IDO, IDO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, OYO STATE is part of our farm estates. It is about 300 acres of farm land ( Phases 1 to 5). Phase 1 farm is about 30-minute drive to Ladoke Akintola train station, Omi Adio Ibadan, Oyo State.
Our Services
We offer the following Services :
1) Sales of farm land:
We sell farm land within our farm estates.
Our major priorities are safety of lives, investment and peace of mind on land ownership.
Individuals can buy a minimum of 5 acres of farm land at our various farm locations.
On fulfilment of legal and financial obligations, We will process title documentation in individual’s names at the government office so that individuals can trade with the investment.
2) Farm setup:
We set up a farm from clearing of land to planting of the requested seeds.
3) Day to day management of established farm
We will manage the day to day affairs of the established farm to profitable harvest at an agreed monthly/ annual cost, for a minimum period of 4 years.
4) Perimeter fence:
We will facilitate the fabrication of the perimeter palisade fence for the security of the farm land and preservation of the investment.
The cost will be communicated on request at the point of need.
Types of Seeds:
We plant the following seeds and any other requested seeds that can thrive in the farm locations.
The seeds are as follows:
- Oil Palm
- Cocoa
- Cashew
- Kola Nut
- Plantain
- Orange
- Mango
Etc
Cost
The cost is divided into two parts:
A ) payment for land and documentation.
The range of cost per acre ( excluding cost for survey, and signing of sales agreement) is between N1,500,000 — N 3,500,000 depending on location and. subject to market forces.
The fee for the title document with the state government will be discussed on request at the point of need
B) payment for farm setup and management:
Our team of experienced skilled workers will work on the farm daily for a minimum period of 4 years.
The procedure will be communicated on request. It will be an upfront payment of a minimum of 12 months.

Investment Details
To be an investor, the first step is to Join Zebullum Club
Registration fee N150,000
***Commitment fee N1,000,000
**(this will be deducted from the cost of land purchased).
With these payments and return of the completed expression of interest form, farm portion will be mapped out and a memorandum of agreement (stating terms and conditions) will be signed.
After the fulfilment of all legal and financial obligations as agreed in the memorandum of agreement ( MOA), we will proceed with the process.
Return on Investment:
The annual projected returns on investment is more than 400% of invested cost ( farm setup and annual maintenance.
The projected returns on investment ( cost of land and documentation) is about 20% per annum, all things being equal.
The whole farm ( both land and farm produce) can be sold profitably at any time after the fulfilment of all financial and legal obligations through our sales process.
