Zebullum Farms is our trade name for our agricultural and Agro-Allied Services 

We offer investments with great returns on funds.

At Zebullum Farms Estate, we offer a unique opportunity to experience the joy of farming and quality tastes of farm produce. We design and develop farm projects that offer agricultural innovation, allowing individuals to engage in sustainable farming practices and enjoy the benefits of a rural lifestyle with adequate security.

Presently, our FARM is currently about 500 acres in different locations in OYO STATE.

We projected an increment to one million hectares of farm land within the next 50 years in various locations on earth.

Our Services

We offer the following services:

1) Sales of Farm Land:

Individuals can buy a minimum of 5 acres of farm land at our various farm locations. Government approved documentation will be processed in the name of every buyer this is to make trading with the investment easy.

On request and after the fulfillment of all financial and legal obligations, transfer of ownership of specific farmland within our Farm Estate will be made.

Our major priorities are safety of lives, investment, and peace of mind on land ownership.

2) Farm setup:

We setup a farm from clearing of land to planting of the requested seeds after the fulfilment of all financial and legal obligations.

3) Day to day management of established farm

We will manage the day to day affairs of the established farm to profitable harvest at an agreed monthly / annual cost for a minimum period of 4years.

4) Perimeter fence:

We will facilitate the fabrication of the perimeter palisade fence or concrete block walls for the security of the farm land and preservation of the investment.

Cost will be communicated on request at the point of need.

Types of Seeds:

We plant the following seeds and any other requested seeds that can thrive in the farm locations.

• Oil Palm + Plantain
• Cocoa + Plantain
• Cashew + Plantain
• Kola Nut + Plantain
• coconut + Plantain
• Orange + Plantain
• Mango + Plantain

Cost

The cost is divided into two parts:

1. A) Payment for land and documentation.

The range of cost per acre (excluding cost for all financial and legal obligations) is between N2,500,000 — N 5,000,000 depending on location and subject to market forces.

The fee for the title document with the State Government will be discussed on request at the point of need after fulfillment of all legal and financial obligations.

1. B) Payment for farm setup and management:

Our team of experienced skilled workers will work on the farm daily for a minimum period of 4 years.

The procedure will be communicated on request. It will be an upfront payment of a minimum of 12 months (or other payment arrangements suitable to the client).

• Signing of Memorandum of Agreement

MoA will be signed and duly registered legally. Terms and condition of business relationship will be stated therein.

After the fulfilment of all financial and legal obligations, the farm portion will be mapped out, and a memorandum of agreement (MoA) stating terms and conditions will be signed and work will commence.
