This is our investment platform for making our prestigious members wealthy.

We design and execute viable projects for registered members with the goal of very high returns on investments.

Our projected projects are mainly two:

• Property buying, renovation and sales through crowd funding.

The property will be sold through mortgage finance or cash payment to interested people.

• Agricultural produce buying, processing and selling. We buy during the cheap season, store and sell during the high rate seasons (i.e Oil palm, cashew, cocoa, maize, kola nuts, etc).

Profit sharing will be proportional to investment in either of the projects as will be indicated in the memorandum of agreement.

Procedure

• **Expression of Interest fee —————–   N500,000:00k

• Signing of Memorandum of Agreement

MoA will be signed and duly registered legally. Terms and condition of business relationship will be stated therein.
