This is our investment platform for home ownership scheme.

We make the dream of our clients with stable income, who desire to become proud homeowners in any peaceful part of the country easily possible. Seeing that owning a home is a necessity and not a luxury.

These are achieved by either of the following processes:

1. A client can purchase the desired property in any peaceful part in the country through 25% Pension Equity and Mortgage Loan.

2. Any Client who is interested in Home ownership in any of our estates either through outright purchase or mortgage financed (through Purchase or Construction loans).

Either of the above options is possible, provided the Client is willing to fulfill all legal and financial obligations.

We DO NOT sell land. We SELL TASTEFULLY COMPLETED HOUSES OR STRUCTURES built to the foundation level to clients who are interested in accessing Construction Loan from the mortgage bank or completed with personal funds. We generate the required documentation to process CONSTRUCTION LOAN for contributors to N HF {National Housing Funds Scheme}.
